Beginner Yoga Series

Specifically designed for anyone with very little or no yoga experience.
Offered in a safe and nurturing environment, this program will break down and teach basic yoga poses that are used in a typical yoga class.
In addition to learning proper alignment, modifications with props and breathing techniques, participants will gain knowledge and body awareness that offers the confidence to take their practice to the next level.

Two, 6 week sessions are being offered in March 2018:

  • Wednesday evenings at 5:30 pm- 6:30 pm beginning March 14th,
  • Saturday mornings at 10:30 am- 11:30 am beginning March 10th.

Pre registration is required.  $60/MWLC Mbrs.; $75/Non Mbrs.
