Beginner Yoga Series

Specifically designed for anyone with little or no yoga experience.  Offered in a safe and nurturing environment, this program will teach basic yoga poses with modifications using a variety of props, breathing techniques and confidence to venture into an all levels class.

Offered on Saturday mornings at 10:30am beginning October 14th.

Pre registration is required.  $35/MWLC Mbrs.; $45/Non Mbrs.
